Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate with 1–2 years of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in payroll processing and support various HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, attendance management, documentation, and statutory compliance coordination.
Key Responsibilities Payroll & Attendance
- Assist in end-to-end monthly payroll processing and validation.
- Maintain and verify employee attendance, leave records, and shift data.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors/internal teams to ensure timely salary processing.
- Prepare payroll inputs, including new joiners, exits, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
- Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, and leave.
HR Operations
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process employee documentation, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Assist in exit formalities, clearance procedures, and full-and-final settlement documentation.
- Update and maintain employee data in HRMS.
Compliance Support
- Coordinate and maintain records related to statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labour-related documentation.
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and applicable laws.
- Support audits by preparing required HR records and reports.
Employee Support
- Respond to employee queries and provide timely HR assistance.
- Promote a positive employee experience through effective communication and coordination.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to payroll processing.
- Working knowledge of attendance management and payroll practices.
- Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of statutory compliances such as PF and ESIC.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of payroll software and employee database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
