Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or HORECA sales, including team handling
and regional market management
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion within the HORECA
segment.
Analyse regional sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize growth.
Client Acquisition & Retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients, distributors, and
channel partners.
Ensure regular follow-up, product visibility, and timely order execution.
Resolve client issues, pricing concerns, or service gaps efficiently.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
Submit weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, client feedback, and
forecasting.
Provide insights for marketing initiatives and product launches.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with supply chain, accounts, and customer service teams for smooth
order fulfillment.
Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and on-ground activation.
Key Skills Required:
Proven sales leadership in FMCG/HORECA channel
Excellent team handling and regional strategy execution skills
Strong communication skills – fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred)
MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
