Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The candidate should be proactive, polite, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer support
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and service requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Prepare basic reports related to customer interactions and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation preferred (any stream)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship / customer support (freshers may apply)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
