Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for complete project ownership—from pre-construction planning to project handover—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate can be either:
- An Architect with 10+ years of experience and a Degree in Construction Management, OR
- A Civil Engineer with 7+ years of experience and a Degree in Construction Management.
The candidate should have proven experience in handling 4–5 projects simultaneously, leading multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, statutory authorities, and management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of residential, commercial, mixed-use, redevelopment, and SRA projects.
- Prepare project execution strategies, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved schedules and budgets.
- Drive timely decision-making to avoid delays.
2. Multi-Project Management
- Manage and monitor 4–5 project sites simultaneously.
- Review project progress on a weekly basis.
- Identify risks and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure smooth coordination among all project teams.
3. Construction Management
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site execution, construction methodology, and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks.
- Resolve technical and construction-related issues.
4. Consultant & Design Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, façade consultants, landscape consultants, and interior designers.
- Review construction drawings and ensure timely issuance of GFC drawings.
- Resolve design coordination issues before execution.
5. Contractor & Vendor Management
- Appoint, monitor, and evaluate contractors and vendors.
- Review contractor performance against project schedules.
- Ensure quality workmanship and contractual compliance.
- Resolve contractor-related issues promptly.
6. Cost Control & Budget Management
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising quality.
- Review BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and variation orders.
- Control project wastage and cost overruns.
7. Quality Management
- Implement quality assurance and quality control systems.
- Conduct periodic site quality audits.
- Ensure superior construction quality and finishing standards.
- Monitor snagging and project handover activities.
8. Statutory Approvals & Compliance
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for necessary approvals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, DCPR, NBC, fire norms, environmental regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain complete project documentation.
9. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead project managers, site engineers, architects, planning engineers, QA/QC teams, and contractors.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular project review meetings.
- Mentor and develop project teams.
10. Client & Management Reporting
- Present project progress reports to Directors.
- Highlight risks, delays, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare MIS reports and project dashboards.
- Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
Experience
- Architect: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Civil Engineer: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in commercial, residential, mixed-use, redevelopment, and SRA projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
