About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Associate Dentists to join our growing team. This is a field-based role that combines clinical knowledge with customer engagement and sales. If you enjoy meeting people, providing smile consultations, and helping patients begin their smile transformation journey, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers at designated locations for smile consultations.
- Perform 3D oral scans using company-provided technology.
- Educate customers about clear aligner treatment plans and benefits.
- Guide customers through the treatment process and address their queries.
- Convert qualified leads into successful treatment enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- BDS degree (Mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in Dentistry, Healthcare, Sales, or Customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (Mandatory)
