Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of executives, driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and effectively guide a team of business development executives.
- Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels to promote our financial advisory services.
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning.
- Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the clients and set up meetings for the field sales team.
- Maintain proper logs of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 5 - 6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales.
- Prior team leading experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and regional language.
- Confident, target-driven and experienced in handling customer calls.
- Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment industries preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel and call-tracking systems.
- Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business / related field preferred).
