Performance Wise Media (PWM Global) is a fast-growing remote BPO and lead generation firm delivering outbound sales solutions for US-based clients across insurance and financial services. What You'll Be Doing:
You will work as part of our outbound calling team, researching prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our US clients. Your voice, mindset, and discipline are your tools. This is a target-driven role — if you love a challenge and want your income to reflect your effort, this is for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects during your shift
- Identify qualified leads and book appointments for our client advisors
- Maintain accurate lead records and daily call logs
- Follow campaign scripts and compliance guidelines
- Consistently meet daily lead/appointment targets
Who We're Looking For:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
- Fluent in spoken English — clear, confident, and professional
- Comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
- Self-disciplined, target-oriented, and mentally resilient
- Positive attitude with a hunger to learn and earn
- Tier 2/Tier 3 city candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Requirements (You Must Have):
- Your own laptop or desktop PC (functional, with headset)
- Stable broadband internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- A quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Smartphone with WhatsApp for team communication
