About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate – Operations to manage installation operations for Teachmint's Interactive Intelligent Panels (IIPs). The role involves coordinating with customers, service partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality installations while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily installation scheduling and partner allocation.

Coordinate with customers to confirm site readiness and installation timelines.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure SLA adherence.

Handle installation-related customer and partner escalations.
- Support onboarding and performance management of Authorized Service Partners.

Work with Zonal Heads to understand installation demand and manpower requirements.

Track installation metrics and maintain operational dashboards.
Drive process improvements to enhance installation efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements :
-
1–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Customer Support, or related fields.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

Experience in field operations, service delivery, installation coordination, or vendor management.
Familiarity with SLA tracking and operational reporting.
