This is a full-time on-site Intermediate Architect role based in the Balewadi, Pune. The Architect will assist in the design and development of multiple architectural projects, collaborate with teams to create innovative and sustainable design solutions, and contribute to over all project life cycle. Responsibilities will also include preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Qualifications
- Understanding and knowledge of Architecture and Architectural Design principles
- Experience or familiarity with relevant architectural Software Development and Integration tools
- Well versed with UDCPR and NBC standards.
- Ability to adapt design solutions to emphasize sustainability and context sensitivity
- Ability to handle project timelines and operational challenges by working in a competitive environment.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills for teamwork and client interaction
- Should have handled or been part of entire life cycle of projects from concept, design, approvals to execution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
