Job Summary :
The Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation support for doctors, management staff, patients (if required), and official branch activities. The role includes vehicle maintenance, documentation management, and ensuring a comfortable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely drive doctors, management personnel, and guests for official duties.
- Pick up and drop patients, staff, or visitors as assigned by management.
- Ensure punctuality for all scheduled trips.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, engine oil, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, etc.).
- Maintain vehicle documents, insurance, PUC, and service records.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs when required.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist with administrative errands such as document delivery, bank visits, and material transportation.
- Keep trip logs and submit travel reports when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with patients and staff.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Valid LMV Driving License (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience.
- Experience driving luxury or premium vehicles preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Erode, and nearby routes.
- Ability to use Google Maps and navigation apps.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Basic communication skills in Tamil; English is an added advantage.
