This role involves providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and managing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask between IT and administrative responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support Responsibilities
✔ Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and system connectivity issues.
✔ Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of company devices and software.
✔ Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access controls.
✔ Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper tracking of company devices.
✔ Monitor IT security protocols and report any cybersecurity concerns.
✔ Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, software updates, and IT-related purchases.
✔ Provide technical training and support to employees when needed.
Administrative Responsibilities
✔ Oversee office operations, including procurement of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
✔ Assist with document management, data entry, and record-keeping.
✔ Support HR & IT onboarding by setting up devices and access credentials for new employees.
✔ Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics as required.
✔ Handle basic finance and administrative tasks, such as invoicing, vendor coordination, and expense tracking.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in an IT support and administrative role.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for Windows/Mac systems, MS Office, and networking.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and basic troubleshooting of networks and servers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with ticketing systems, IT asset management, and basic system administration is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.
