We’re now seeking a dedicated Software Specialist to manage and optimize Petpooja’s implementation across all Artjuna locations.

Role Overview:
As the Software Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for Petpooja’s systems within the Artjuna brand. Your role will involve configuring and customizing the software to align with Artjuna’s unique needs, training staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will act as a bridge between the Artjuna management team and Petpooja’s support system, ensuring technology-driven operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Implementation & Integration:
- Oversee the seamless implementation of Petpooja across all Artjuna outlets.
- Customize software settings to reflect Artjuna’s menu offerings, pricing, and operational workflows.
- Team Training & Support:
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for the Artjuna team on Petpooja’s features, including order processing, billing, and reporting tools.
- Provide ongoing support to staff to address queries and ensure optimal software usage.
- Operational Optimization:
- Utilize Petpooja’s features to streamline inventory management, order tracking, and staff scheduling.
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving Petpooja-related technical issues.
- Collaborate with Petpooja’s support team to address complex problems or implement software updates.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Generate detailed reports on sales, inventory, and customer preferences using Petpooja’s analytics tools.
- Use insights to suggest process improvements and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Leverage Petpooja’s customer engagement features, such as loyalty programs and feedback tools, to build stronger relationships with patrons.
- Ensure a smooth ordering and billing experience for customers.
REQUIREMENT:
- Hands-on experience with Petpooja Software is a must.
- Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to train and support a team effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
