Key Responsibilities
● Drive sales of HFN Biogas Solutions through both B2C and B2B channels.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dairy owners, village influencers, FPOs, institutions, and local stakeholders.
● Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and channel partners to expand market reach.
● Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations, awareness programs, and other BTL activities to generate demand and leads.
● Develop a strong sales pipeline and ensure achievement of territory sales targets.
● Gather market intelligence, monitor competition, and provide regular field feedback.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and installation support.
Desired Candidate Profile
● Graduate from an Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, Dairy, Veterinary, or related background.
● 3–5 years of hands-on field experience in rural sales, agri-inputs, dairy, farm equipment, renewable energy, or allied sectors.
● Must have experience working directly with farmers and rural communities.
● Strong local farmer network and dealer/channel relationships in Bulandshahr and surrounding areas.
● Proven experience in conducting BTL and farmer engagement activities.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
