Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor/Foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations for residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The candidate will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Ensure compliance with construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance on-site
- Track material usage and manage inventory at site
- Report project updates, delays, and issues to senior management
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues
- Maintain site documentation, reports, and records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in construction or real estate projects
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
