## Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Site Supervisor** to manage the on-site execution of exhibition stalls, event setups, and conference infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge of fabrication and installation, and the capability to ensure smooth project execution from setup to dismantling.
## Key Responsibilities * Supervise the installation, execution, and dismantling of exhibition stalls, event setups, and conference infrastructure. * Coordinate and manage site teams including carpenters, electricians, painters, fabricators, graphic installers, and other vendors. * Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards. * Read and execute layouts, production plans, and working drawings accurately. * Monitor material movement, inventory, and equipment usage at project sites. * Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and ensure seamless execution. * Ensure compliance with venue guidelines, safety regulations, and operational standards. * Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to the Project Manager. * Coordinate effectively with clients, event organizers, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Conduct final quality checks before project handover.
## Required Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). * 4–10 years of experience in exhibition, event, interior fit-out, retail fit-out, or construction site supervision. * Strong understanding of fabrication, carpentry, electrical work, graphics installation, and finishing. * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings will be an added advantage. * Ability to manage multiple teams and vendors in fast-paced environments. * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel extensively across India and work flexible hours during project execution. ## Preferred Experience * Exhibition Infrastructure * Trade Shows & Events * Event Production * Commercial Interior Fit-outs * Retail Fit-out Projects

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
