Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue invoices/bills for sales and services.
- Verify and cross-check billing details with purchase orders, delivery notes, and job cards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments, receipts, and credit notes.
- Handle cash, cheque, and online transaction entries.
- Prepare daily and monthly billing reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with accounts and sales/service teams for smooth financial operations.
- Address customer queries related to billing and payments.
