We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React to join our fast-growing team in Indore. You’ll be working closely with our Irish client teams on exciting new products that are shaping industries across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Node.js and React
- Contribute to backend and frontend architecture discussions and technical decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and Ireland
- Write clean, well-documented, and tested code
- Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and mentorship of junior developers
- Work in an agile environment and take ownership of delivering features end-to-end
Must-Have Skills
- 8–10 years of professional experience in software engineering
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React
- Experience building and scaling modern web applications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architecture
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python is a strong plus
- Exposure to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working with international (preferably European) clients
