We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our clinic in Nagda, Madhya Pradesh. We will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments while ensuring the highest standards of patient comfort and safety. *Key Responsibilities* - Diagnose and treat dental issues including caries, gum disease, and oral infections - Perform routine procedures: cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures - Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans to patients - Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance - Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation - Adhere to sterilization, infection control, and clinical protocols - Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists as needed - Stay updated on new techniques, materials, and industry best practices *Requirements* *Education & Licensing* - BDS from a DCI-recognized dental college - Valid registration with the Dental Council of India and Madhya Pradesh State Dental Council. *Experience* - 1-3+ years of clinical experience as a general dentist preferred - Freshers with strong clinical skills and internship completion may apply - Experience with digital radiography, RVG, and practice management software is a plus *Skills & Attributes* - Strong diagnostic and clinical skills across general dentistry procedures - Excellent chair-side manner and patient communication in Hindi and English - Ability to handle pediatric and geriatric patients with patience - Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping habits - Team player willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
