Position: TIG Welder
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and disciplined TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for performing TIG welding operations as per engineering drawings, maintaining quality standards, completing production targets, and minimizing rework and rejection.
Key Responsibilities
- Study and understand engineering drawings, welding symbols, and specifications before starting the job.
- Perform TIG welding operations as per required quality and production standards.
- Have good knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and welding fixtures used in manufacturing.
- Complete the daily production plan as per the scheduled target.
- Ensure proper selection and use of welding equipment, consumables, and tools.
- Maintain required welding quality, accuracy, and finish.
- Identify and minimize rework, defects, and rejections.
- Follow proper work methods to control production costs and reduce material wastage.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements while performing welding activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production/quality teams to resolve production and quality issues.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Follow company procedures, production standards, and quality requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
