- Contact and handle new leads.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits and follow up for deal closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, builders, and clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and track leads from inquiry to closure.
- Coordinate with telecallers, field executives, and management for smooth operations.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, site visits, and closed deals.
