Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer to join our Digital, Branding and communications team. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities and experience creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms. This role requires someone who understands how to craft content based on objectives such as awareness, engagement, audience growth, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, websites, newsletters, and campaign assets
- Write scripts for reels, interviews, event videos, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling content
- Develop social media captions, post copies, carousel content, campaign messaging, and video hooks
- Create content aligned with communication objectives such as awareness, engagement, registrations, outreach, and conversions
- Write professional communication materials including brochures, presentations, emailers, website content, and promotional materials
- Support content requirements for events, conferences, workshops, campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns
- Research industry trends, digital trends, audience behaviour, and relevant topics for content creation
- Adapt tone, messaging, and writing styles based on platform and target audience
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, communication quality, and storytelling across channels
- Assist in content planning, campaign ideation, editorial calendars, and execution tracking
- Support live event coverage, speaker communication, and post-event content creation
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, social media engagement, and audience interaction
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in content writing, social media, or digital communications
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience creating content for multiple digital and social media platforms
- Ability to write both short-form and long-form content effectively
- Experience writing scripts for reels, interviews, promotional videos, and digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content styles
- Ability to understand communication goals and create objective-driven content
- Excellent research and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Understanding of Kannada language will be preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in brand communication, digital marketing, or agency environments
- Knowledge of content strategy and audience engagement techniques
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content, professional communication, and personal branding content
- Ability to conceptualize campaign ideas and creative storytelling formats
- Understanding of digital marketing and content performance metrics
- Experience coordinating with designers, video editors, and creative teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Interest in digital culture, branding, events, and creative communication

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
