Urgently required Marketing Manager for a real estate firm.
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
· Develop and implement integrated offline marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
· Plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars for projects and corporate campaigns.
· Work closely with the digital, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing communication.
2. Events & Activations
· Conceptualize and execute on-ground events, exhibitions, launches, and customer engagement activities.
· Coordinate promotional tie-ups, society activations, mall displays, and brand stalls.
· Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and logistics for events and activations.
3. Brand Visibility & Collaterals
· Oversee branding and signage at project sites, dealer outlets, and other high-visibility locations.
· Ensure timely production and placement of marketing materials such as brochures, hoardings, standees, and banners.
· Maintain brand consistency across all offline channels.
4. Media & Vendor Management
· Plan and manage print media campaigns, radio, cinema advertising, and outdoor media.
· Liaise with media agencies, printers, fabricators, and activation partners for timely execution.
· Negotiate rates and ensure cost optimization.
5. Budgeting & Reporting
· Prepare and manage the offline marketing budget and track ROI for each campaign.
· Analyze performance metrics, footfall data, and lead generation outcomes from offline activities.
· Prepare regular reports for management review.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
