Operation of Identity related controls including but not limited to Privileged Access Review (PAR), Certification Reviews, Application & Infrastructure Reconciliations, Toxic Access Combinations and segregation of duties controls, Joiners Movers Leavers, Password Compliance to ensure they operate in accordance with both internal & external audit whilst also meeting business needs.
Work collaboratively with other Identity functions, as well as the wider Enterprise Security and M&G Plc organisation, to ensure the secure and stable delivery and operation of Identity and logical access controls
- Investigate and gather evidence on any audit queries received from internal or external auditors.
- Proactively manage all stakeholder expectations through either effective resolution of or updating on progress of their outstanding queries.
- Provide advice for the on boarding of new applications and maintenance of existing roles to ensure that they are correctly classified, tagged, and have appropriate security controls in place.
- Contribute to security awareness training programs related to IDAM for employees.
Highlight progress, issues, trends etc around the different operation processes (mentioned above) to the local Identity Controls and Assurance Senior manager.
Train new team members following a training plan around the different processes. Share knowledge with other areas of the business as and when required.

Involvement in any SailPoint improvement work requiring input from the ICA team.
