Shree Gautam Construction Company Limited (SGCCL) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager (Civil) to lead and oversee multiple healthcare infrastructure projects across Assam.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of 3 Super Specialty Hospitals and 2 District Hospitals being developed under JICA-funded projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall project management and coordination of multiple hospital construction projects across different locations in Assam.
- Planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Preparation, updating, and tracking of project schedules using MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
- Reviewing construction methodologies, resource deployment, and project risks.
- Leading site teams and ensuring effective communication between all project locations.
- Preparing project reports, presentations, and progress reviews for management and clients.
- Ensuring adherence to JICA guidelines, project specifications, and applicable standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 30 years of professional experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience in managing large healthcare infrastructure projects, including hospitals, medical colleges, super-specialty facilities, or similar institutional projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling using MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with externally funded projects (JICA, World Bank, ADB, etc.) will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare projects complying with national and international standards.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and government infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, safety management, and project controls.
