1. Fire Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in maintaining Fire NOC and statutory approvals.
- Implement fire safety procedures across the facility.
2. Fire Prevention & Hazard Control
- Identify fire hazards and conduct routine risk assessments.
- Monitor safe storage and handling of flammable materials.
- Ensure corrective actions for unsafe conditions.
3. Fire Protection Systems
- Inspect and maintain firefighting systems, including:
- Fire hydrants
- Sprinklers
- Fire alarm systems
- Portable extinguishers
- Ensure all systems are functional and tested periodically.
4. Emergency Preparedness & Response
- Participate in firefighting and emergency response activities.
- Support evacuation during emergencies and drills.
- Assist in implementing emergency response plans.
5. Training & Awareness
- Conduct or assist in fire safety training programs.
- Organize mock drills and evacuation exercises.
- Promote fire safety awareness among employees.
6. Inspection & Monitoring
- Perform routine inspections of fire safety equipment and systems.
- Ensure clear access to emergency exits and escape routes.
- Monitor housekeeping related to fire safety.
7. Incident Management
- Report and assist in investigation of fire incidents and near-misses.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
8. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and drills.
- Prepare reports for internal review and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety / Fire Engineering / Industrial Safety
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in fire & safety
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of fire safety systems and practices
- Basic understanding of fire safety regulations (NBC preferred)
- Emergency response skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Attention to detail and proactive approach
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
