Sales & Marketing Executive (Industrial Automation)
A V Industrial Automation and Services is looking for an energetic and confident Technical Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and drive business growth in the industrial automation sector.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting clients, presenting products/services, generating leads, and converting opportunities into sales. The candidate should also have technical knowledge of electrical/electronic components and industrial automation products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit industrial clients and understand their automation/electrical requirements
- Promote company products and automation solutions
- Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, and networking
- Meet potential customers and provide product presentations/demonstrations
- Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical team
- Support sales closing and order conversion
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company in meetings and customer visits
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
- Good knowledge of electrical components, electronic components, and industrial products
- Basic understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, control panels, sensors, relays, contactors, switchgear, etc.
- Lead generation and customer handling ability
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
- 1–2 years experience in technical sales / industrial sales / automation sales preferred
