Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple software development projects across their full lifecycle (initiation to closure).
8–10 years of experience managing ERP and CRM implementation projects in an IT services or consulting organization
Proven experience handling multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams Strong understanding of ERP & CRM functional processes (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Customer Management, etc.)
Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills Strong experience in project documentation, governance, and reporting Ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and scope changes effectively Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Collaborate closely with product owners, engineering teams, QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure successful delivery.
