Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head with 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Solution Sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-commercial capabilities, excellent customer relationship skills, and proven experience in handling Government, PSU, Enterprise, and Corporate accounts.
The candidate should have a successful track record of driving business growth, identifying opportunities, positioning technology solutions, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to order closure.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Sales and Business Development.
- Experience working with System Integrators, IT Infrastructure Companies, OEMs, or Technology Solution Providers.
- Proven experience in handling large Government, PSU, Corporate, and Enterprise accounts.
- Experience in managing annual sales targets and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Drive revenue growth across Enterprise, SMB, State Government, PSU, and Central Government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and Government Officials.
- Identify customer pain points and position suitable technology solutions.
- Develop account growth strategies and business plans.
Solution Selling
Must have experience in selling:

Technical & Commercial Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and prepare appropriate solution offerings.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop BOMs, estimations, and quotations.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and technical teams for solution design.
- Participate in customer presentations, technical discussions, and bid submissions.
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and Government Tenders.
- Lead contract negotiations and order closures.
