Job Summary
Shreepad Construction Company is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, assisting clients throughout the sales process, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and networking activities.
* Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and investors.
* Negotiate pricing and terms with clients as per company guidelines.
* Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Prior experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
