We are expanding our collection team and are looking for experienced and dedicated Field Collection Executives for loan recovery operations.
Position: Field Collection Executive (Loan Recovery)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Eligibility:
- DRA Certified candidates are preferred.
- Non-DRA candidates with relevant field collection experience are also welcome to apply.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, or recovery agencies will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable with field visits and customer interactions.
- Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle field collection and recovery for various loan products, including:
- Home Loans
- Car/Auto Loans
- Business Loans
- Personal Loans
- Gold Loans
- Consumer Loans
- Other Retail Loan Products
- Visit customers at their residence or business location for collection and recovery.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve overdue accounts professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI recovery guidelines.
- Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
