Role Overview
As our HR Manager, you’ll work directly with the Founder, leading all people-related functions, from hiring top talent to nurturing team engagement and culture. You’ll play a vital role in managing a team of 100+ employees, ensuring that every member of Samvestor feels valued, heard, and motivated.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract and onboard the right talent.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences that reflect our culture.
- Manage payroll, remuneration, and employee benefits with precision.
- Address employee grievances empathetically and foster a positive workplace.
- Oversee daily HR operations, attendance, compliance, and documentation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and drive employee development programs.
- Update and implement HR policies to maintain compliance and efficiency.
- Build and maintain high team morale while managing a growing workforce of 100+.
- Collaborate with department heads to enhance productivity and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven HR management experience in a fast-paced company.
- Strong expertise in onboarding, offboarding, payroll, recruitment, appraisal and operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of Indian employment laws and compliance requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
