Job Title: HR Admin Intern
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 0–6 months
Education: MBA & BBA (Preferred)
Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative activities.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews for open positions.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and order across the premises.
- Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, IT assets, housekeeping materials, and other essentials.
- Handle purchase requests, quotations, and vendor payments in coordination with HR and Accounts.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
- Manage office assets and inventory, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
- Support travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and internal/company events.
- Oversee courier services, stationery inventory, and utility bill payments.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and Management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Perform on-ground tasks such as purchasing office items and coordinating with service providers as required.
