ROLE : VMC PROGRAMMER
EXPERIENCE : 1–4 Years
Qualification
- Any degree & stream ( Diploma / B.E. Mechanical is prefered)
Job Summary
Develop and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines to manufacture precision-machined valve components with high accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create CNC programs (G-Code & M-Code) for VMC machines.
- Read engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Select tooling and machining parameters.
- Optimize cycle time and machining sequence.
- Conduct program prove-outs and trial runs.
- Modify existing programs for productivity improvements.
- Support production during machining.
- Coordinate with Quality and Production departments.
Skills Required
- CNC Programming (G-Code & M-Code)
- Engineering drawing interpretation
- Tool selection and machining parameter knowledge
- VMC programming and cycle optimization
- Basic CAM software knowledge (preferred)
Working shift
- Monday to Saturday ( 09:00 AM -05:30 PM )
- If willingness to work on night shift, that too will be provided.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
