Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing leads, following up with potential clients, and supporting the overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and explain company products
- Handle customer inquiries and provide proper solutions
- Maintain customer records and sales data
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline and customer communication
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders and requirements
- Negotiate and finalize sales deals
- Provide excellent customer support and relationship management
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Comfortable with calling and follow-up activities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fresher candidates are welcome
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
