Position Overview :
iMark Infotech is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Gen & Appointment Setter to identify potential clients, conduct outbound cold calls, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with international clients, and the ability to generate quality business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in international markets.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
- Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, databases, email outreach, and online research.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
- Understand company services and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Track and report lead generation activities and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada) preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead research tools, and email outreach platforms.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
