Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries through chat and voice channels.
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and within the given timelines.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
* Update customer information and document interactions in the CRM/system.
* Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
* Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
