Key Responsibilities:1. Installation & Commissioning
- Install and commission solar inverter systems at client locations
- Ensure proper system setup as per technical standards and guidelines
- Conduct site inspections before and after installation
2. Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults in solar inverters and related systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure minimum downtime and quick resolution of issues
3. Customer Support
- Provide on-site technical support to customers
- Educate clients on system usage and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
4. Service Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit service reports after each visit
- Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and service activities
- Update internal systems with accurate service data
5. Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, and Support) for issue resolution
- Work closely with dealers, distributors, and channel partners
6. Compliance & Safety
- Follow all safety protocols during fieldwork
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Strong knowledge of solar inverters, electrical systems, and troubleshooting
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with on-grid / off-grid solar systems
- Knowledge of remote monitoring systems
- Basic understanding of networking and communication protocols
