Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Corrugated Boxes
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell corrugated boxes and packaging solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, visiting customers, understanding their packaging requirements, and securing sales orders from manufacturers, traders, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers for corrugated boxes and packaging products.
- Conduct regular field visits to industrial areas, factories, warehouses, and commercial establishments.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer packaging requirements and coordinate with the production team for timely execution.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, inquiries, and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in corrugated boxes, packaging, paper products, or industrial sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Corrugated Boxes, Packaging Materials, Paper Products, Printing & Packaging, Industrial Products, FMCG Packaging, Logistics Packaging.
Salary: As per experience + Incentives
