Known for producing 800 BIS hallmark silver ornaments, the collection ranges from connected chains and interlinked bracelets to intricately designed pendant sets. Arc Ornates refers to "Arc Ornates India Private Limited," an unlisted private company based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, specializing in the manufacturing and design of 80% and 800-hallmark silver jewellery. The company was incorporated in July 2022 and operates out of Shankar Market, Kala Mahal.

The Zonal Head – East Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer/distributor network, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets across the North India region. The role requires strong leadership, market development, and relationship management skills within the silver jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve zonal sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and expand the dealer, distributor, and retail partner network across North India.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales plans, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for management review.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, dealer meets, and industry events.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the Gems & Jewellery or Silver Jewellery industry.
- Proven experience in handling East India markets and dealer/distributor networks.
- Strong understanding of the silver jewellery market, especially anklets and fashion jewellery.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
