We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Associate / Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain real estate projects to customers, generate leads, schedule site visits, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project benefits to clients
- Generate and follow up with leads from different marketing sources
- Schedule site visits for prospective buyers
- Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
- Follow up with customers regarding booking status and documentation
- Coordinate with sales team for lead closure
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status reports
- Build strong relationships with customers for future references and repeat business
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and customer handling ability
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Good follow-up skills
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Freshers can also apply
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate sales is an added advantage
