1. Ensuring the Operational SOP is being followed in all aspects for all customers.
2. Timely GRN Of Inwards within customer SOP
3. Timely Dispatch of orders as per customer SOP
4. Preparing business MIS on billing and as per customer expectations.
5. Ensuring cycle count of inventory is carried out daily for 5% of the stock
6. Ensuring monthly stock count of 100% inventory.
