We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who excels at bridging complex data architectures with high-level strategic decisions. If you enjoy taking large, multi-source datasets, identifying high-impact business drivers, and translating raw data into compelling narrative insights for leadership, this role is built for you.
In this position, you won't just respond to ad-hoc data requests. You will serve as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders across our Delhi NCR operations—owning end-to-end analytical initiatives, establishing data governance standards, and mentoring junior analysts.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Strategic Insights: Lead complex analytical projects across marketing, finance, and operations to uncover high-margin growth levers and efficiency gains.
- Architect Data Solutions: Design, maintain, and scale centralized dashboards and data models (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) that serve as the single source of truth for executive leadership.
- Advanced Querying & Pipeline Design: Write complex SQL scripts, optimize data pipelines, and use Python or R to handle large-scale statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Stakeholder Partnering: Collaborate directly with C-suite and regional department heads to define key success metrics, structure ambiguous business problems, and present data-backed recommendations.
- Leadership & Quality Control: Establish data quality frameworks, standardize reporting protocols across teams, and mentor junior data team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4–6+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or decision science roles.
- Advanced Tech Stack: Master-level proficiency in SQL alongside strong hands-on expertise in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and automation.
- Visualization Expertise: Proven track record building enterprise-grade dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Business Acumen: Ability to step back from the code to understand broader business goals, revenue models, and operational constraints.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling abilities—translating complex statistical findings into clear, actionable, executive-level presentations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Databricks).
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation design, or causal inference methodologies.
