Position: Property Valuer / Bank Purpose

Job Description:
We require a Property Valuer for inspection and valuation of residential, commercial & vacant land properties mainly for banks and financial institutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct property site inspections (Plot, House, Flat, Commercial).
- Measure plot area & built-up area accurately.
- Prepare valuation reports as per bank/NBFC formats.
- Verify approach road, access, location & surroundings.
- Analyze market value & local land rates.
Eligibility / Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Real Estate preferred.
- Basic understanding of property valuation process.
Experience:
- Fresher: Training will be provided.
- Experienced: 2–4 years in bank valuation preferred.
Salary:
- Fixed Salary + Incentives (As per experience).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,008.19 - ₹40,716.03 per month
