Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development. Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls emails, and networking. Manage the Sales Cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Assist in executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer business requirements and recommend suaitable software solutions. Conduct product demos and presentations. Market Research Research market trends and identify potential clients. Track Competitor activities and provide Insights. Sales Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities. Prepare reports on sales performance and pipeline status. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of B2B sales. Ability to handle Client interactions and negotiations. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Strong leadership and team management abilities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
