We're looking for a motivated Business Development Intern who is eager to learn sales, client communication, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms.
- Reach out to prospects via cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication.
- Update lead information in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
- Achieve weekly lead generation and outreach targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach campaigns.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident in speaking with potential clients.
- Basic understanding of sales and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with lead generation tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Previous internship or sales experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
