EDP Executive – Textile ShowroomAbout the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented EDP Executive to manage billing operations, stock entries, purchase records, and system-related data management for our textile showroom. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting procedures, along with good organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily billing and cash transaction entries
- Maintain purchase, sales, and stock records in the system
- Manage supplier entries and inventory updates
- Ensure accurate data entry and system maintenance
- Generate daily and monthly reports for management
- Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for smooth operations
- Maintain proper records and documentation
Qualifications
- Business Administartion / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or any related degree
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- Freshers with good MS Excel skills can also apply
- Basic knowledge of Tally and billing software
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Data entry
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of billing and inventory processes
- Ability to work systematically and manage records efficiently
