Job Description – Office Manager/Admin Executive
Experience: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams and support the CEO in daily operations.
* Manage new employee joining formalities and documentation.
* Handle purchase activities and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
* Maintain office records, reports, and administrative documents.
* Support HR and operations-related coordination.
* Ensure smooth communication between departments.
* Track office requirements, inventory, and general administration work.
* Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain office discipline.
Required Skills:
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and office documentation.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
* Professional and organized approach towards work.
Qualification:
* Graduate / MBA / Any relevant qualification.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
