Gatecode Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a growing technology-driven company specializing in GPS Machines, Loan Services, Vending Machines, and Sanitary Vending Machines. We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our team and contribute to our business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding sales and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month

Preferred Qualifications
- 12th Pass, Graduate, or Pursuing Graduation.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service, or Lead Generation will be an added advantage.
