F&B Manager
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences across all restaurants and bars.
- Ensure profitability, consistency, hygiene, ambience, and service quality.
- Lead, train, and manage all restaurant and bar teams.
- Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Stores, Marketing, and
Banquets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% daily readiness of restaurants and bars.
- Maintain perfect setup of tables, bars, ambience, and FOH cleanliness.
- Monitor service flow, table turnover, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead staff management including grooming, training, and discipline.
- Control inventory, bar stock, and prevent pilferage.
- Coordinate closely with Kitchen on menu items and service timing.
- Ensure daily cleaning is performed by the F&B team without HK dependence.
- Raise maintenance issues and follow up with Engineering.
- Support Marketing with promotions, menu updates, and photoshoots.
- Drive revenue through upselling and menu planning.
- Ensure safety and FSSAI compliance.
- Manage third-party, contractual, and temporary service staff in line with internal
standards.
- Ensure effective intra-departmental and inter-departmental coordination through
mandatory use of walkie-talkies.
- Ensure proper wet and dry waste segregation in restaurant and bar areas.

Pay: ₹35,340.99 - ₹50,494.34 per month
