Job Summary
We are looking for a PPC Specialist with strong experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for international clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads while leveraging data, analytics, and strategic thinking to deliver measurable business results.
Required Experience & Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience managing successful PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000+ across Search, Display, Video, and Performance campaigns.

Strong understanding of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance measurement.

Demonstrated success through campaign results, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Experience with audience targeting, retargeting campaigns, and eCommerce conversion optimization.

Ability to develop innovative strategies to improve performance while reducing acquisition costs.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Up-to-date knowledge of paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Experience working with international clients, particularly US-based markets, is highly preferred.

Advanced experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio reporting.

Experience preparing client proposals, campaign recommendations, and pricing strategies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
